About Us
WE ARE chartered as an affiliate member of the Penn State Alumni Association, promote and support the Pennsylvania State University, and serve the Hampton Roads community.
WE ARE proud that for the 5th consecutive year, we have earned recognition as an "ELM LEVEL" chapter, the highest level of distinction.

While working in East Halls during the football team's summer practice, Joe Paterno approached me after reading my name tag and asked if I was related to Thom Palko ('69)! He is my Dad, who worked with the football team when he was at Penn State in the first years that Paterno was head coach.
